Complete Performance Centre prides itself on being a leading multi-disciplinary clinic with a full team of health care professionals dedicated to serving all of your health and wellness needs.  Registered Physiotherapists are experts in exercise prescription and are specially trained to help you maximize mobility and strength, prevent injuries, and improve cardiovascular health and overall wellness.  Whether you are out of shape due to nagging aches and pains, you’ve just had a baby, or your Doctor wants you to loose weight because of high blood pressure, Physiotherapists are the best health care professionals to help you reach these goals!

Our Proactive Therapy & Training program is supervised by a Registered Physiotherapist and implemented by our staff of Personal Trainers and Kinesiologists.  As a result, it allows qualified individuals to have the program’s expenses covered under their extended health benefits when appropriate.  Before getting started, all participants must undergo an initial assessment with one of our Registered Physiotherapists to determine if they are appropriate for the program.  The Physiotherapist will then develop their exercise program targeting key areas of muscle imbalance and weakness with the help of one of our Personal Training team members.  The program is then carried out by a Personal Trainer or Kinesiologist and is monitored by the Physiotherapist who will follow-up with you every few weeks at minimum or as often as needed depending on your treatment plan.   When you and/or your Physiotherapist feel you have met all treatment goals, you will be discharged from the program or can certainly leave the program at your own discretion at any time.
